Here’s what you can expect.
21% More Joy in 21 Days is a program that delivers exactly that. Each day, for 21 days, you’re presented with an idea to bring more joy into your life. There are fun exercises you can do right on the program page (and send a copy of your responses to your inbox) that help you easily learn ways that work specifically for YOU and your flavor of joy.
On the first day of each new week, I’ll take you through the focus for that week.
You’ll have access to a week at a time; each week offers a video and a lesson for the next seven days, designed to be fun and inspiring, like little snacks of joy. I suggest one per day to really get the most out of this program but you can do them in batches if you prefer.
